Internal alterations including the addition and removal of partitions, alterations to the pool at sub-basement and basement level, relocation of internal service riser to outside of the building, reinstatement of fireplaces at second, third and fourth floor.' NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to remove the fireplace, chimney and pots at 4F.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 28 November 2019 (RN: 19/07732/LBC) for the installation of two air conditioning units at first floor level, alterations to the ground floor windows, erection of a single storey roof extension at first floor level to existing residential dwelling, associated structural works and alterations to windows and doors, alterations to lightwell windows, and addition of a new external porch, replacement of cornice and associated internal works, NAMELY, to allow the reduction of portico size and alterations to approved staircase and internal ground and first floor areas.

Variation of condition 1 and 5 of listed building consent dated 21 December 2018 (RN: 18/08121/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 03 October 2017 (RN: 17/06041/FULL) for the Excavation of single storey basement, extending into the rear garden incorporating a lightwell; erection of two storey rear extension at lower ground and ground floors, and use of the flat roof at first floor as a roof terrace, with associated railings and alterations; installation of two air conditioning units within an enclosure on first floor roof terrace; lowering of front vaults by 150mm to create plant room with boiler flue extract at pavement level; formation of new entrance lobby and door underneath the front foot path within front lightwell; replacement of metal windows to rear and front elevations with timber windows; installation of satellite dish to top of roof. Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 12 December 2018 (RN: 18/05558/LBC) for alterations to the existing building at 152-153 Strand including demolition of rear facade and erection of ground to fourth floor rear extension, removal and replacement of existing roof, to include new windows, restoration of front facade, windows and shopfront, insertion of new internal atria, demolition of existing floorplates, stairs and building fabric and installation of new floors and partitions, and associated internal and external alterations, all in connection with the use of the building as flexible office and/or educational (Class B1 and/or Class D1) use with flexible retail and/or restaurant (Class A1 and/or Class A3) space at part basement and ground floor level namely; the removal of stone fascia on 152-153 Strand and its replacement with a timber fascia of the same design.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 16 April 2018 (RN: 18/01437/LBC) for the: Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 18 August 2017 (17/03792/LBC) Demolition of rear extensions and erection of a new extension at the lower ground to the fourth floor levels, excavation of a basement to the rear of the main dwelling, replacement windows, and refurbishment of the front pavement vaults, and associated internal and external alterations in connection with the use of property as a single family dwelling house. Internal alterations including removal of radiator cover, doors and bathroom fittings - NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to include a canopy over the front entrance, an alternative roof light within the flat roof of the new rear extension, replacement of an existing roof light along with a new a/c unit concealed behind a wooden screen, replacement of the existing roof hatch with new, small air brick at second floor front elevation, new lighting, speakers and CCTV at lower ground and ground floor levels at rear elevation, new CCTV camera at rear first floor level and replacement trellis and new lighting within the rear garden.
