Variation of Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of listed building consent dated 29 October (20/05214/LBC) for: erection of a pavilion structure and installation of a water feature within the Quadrangle; retention and relaying of Quadrangle courtyard cobbles within a revised design layout; installation of a sesame lift to the steps on the north side of the Quadrangle and associated works namely; to amend the design of the facade, alteration to the design of the rooflight, relocation of doors, introduction of push panels and access bollards, changes to cobblestone pattern; introduction of raised stonework and lighting around water feature and submission of details of facing materials, interior materials, water feature materials, typical bay details and sesame lift details previously reserved by conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Replacement of external rear staircase and secondary glazing to existing windows. Proposed landscaping to garden. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 12 February 2015 (RN: 19/00393/LBC) for, 'Excavation to reduce level of rear courtyard by 1.2m, erection of glass roof over rear courtyard at ground floor level, alterations to shopfront, and associated internal alterations'; NAMELY to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design of the glass roof covering the courtyard room at the rear and to render the brick arch which opens into the courtyard room along the buildings rear elevation.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 10 August 2020 (RN: 20/02568/LBC) for 'Alterations and extensions to 32 Belgrave Square and redevelopment of 25/27 Belgrave Mews South behind retained facade including new link extension between the mews house and main building, fourth floor infill extension, new mechanical plant and rooflights, and associated alterations, in connection with enlargement of single family dwellinghouse and erection of an Orangery extension beyond rear wing at ground floor level (site includes 32 Belgrave Square and 25/27 Belgrave Mews South)'.
