Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 April 2020 (RN 20/00004/LBC) (which varied listed building consent dated 29 April 2016 (RN: 15/10368/LBC)) for 'Substantial demolition and redevelopment behind retained front facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses. Associated alterations and extensions include subterranean basements, which will extend beneath the mews, part courtyard and the rear sections of the listed buildings; re-instatement of the party wall in the rear courtyard; re-instatement of entrance to no.108; rear lower ground floor extensions partially infilling the rear courtyard and with roof terraces above; construction of full height closet wing extensions; reconstruction of mansard roof extension; installation of mechanical plant; and internal alterations on all floor levels (Site includes nos. 107 - 108 Eaton Square and nos. 107 - 108 Eccleston Mews)'. Internal alterations to the lower ground floor, upper ground floor, and second floor together with the retention and restoration of the original historic features. Replacement of external rear staircase and secondary glazing to existing windows. Proposed landscaping to garden. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 10 August 2020 (RN: 20/02568/LBC) for 'Alterations and extensions to 32 Belgrave Square and redevelopment of 25/27 Belgrave Mews South behind retained facade including new link extension between the mews house and main building, fourth floor infill extension, new mechanical plant and rooflights, and associated alterations, in connection with enlargement of single family dwellinghouse and erection of an Orangery extension beyond rear wing at ground floor level (site includes 32 Belgrave Square and 25/27 Belgrave Mews South)'. Namely, to amend the decision notice to include additional plan numbers.

Variation of Condition 1 and removal of Condition 9 of listed building consent dated 15 January 2020 (RN: 19/04746) for alterations and extension of the building including partial replacement of the existing lower ground and ground floor rear extension and the creation of an extension at these levels, works in association with a roof terrace to main roof level including new skylights, the lowering of the rear garden level and alterations to the rear garden walls, works within the front lightwell, and internal alterations. NAMELY to amend layout at lower ground floor level which includes a one meter nib and downstands along the line of the existing wall that creates a corridor from the external door to the stairs at this level (Condition 9 then becomes unnecessary).
