Internal alterations at Level 0, Level -1 and Level -2 comprising, new reception desk to Level 0 lobby, replacement of digital displays within No. 8 John Adam Street; addition of free standing bar to lounge within No. 2, Level 0; relocate service counter and renew furnishings to Coffee House within No. 6, Level -1. New reception desk to events reception within No. 8, Level -2 (Durham House Street); new illuminated internal sign in arch to events reception within No. 8, Level -2 (Durham House Street) and conversion of admin office within No. 18 Adam Street, Level 2 to form multi use business space, including installing two pairs of sliding doors to existing opening.

External and internal alterations including conversion of existing below pavement vaults to provide additional office floorspace, alterations to the lift core, and alterations and installation of mechanical plant at roof level (site includes 36 and 38 Grosvenor Gardens).
