New basement link under Jubilee Walk; and alterations to the Pigott Education Centre, including new external window on the facade.

Alterations including remodelling and reconstructing internal walls, replacement of external sliding doors, refitting existing window frames with slimline double glazing, and mounting an air source heat pump at roof level and a hot water cylinder on the terrace.
