Variation of Condition 12 (i) of listed building consent dated 3 July 2013 (RN:12/07766/LBC) for demolition and rebuilding of rear section of building, excavation to create a two storey basement, extensions and associated refurbishment of Grosvenor Gardens House, to provide 42 residential units (Class C3) on first to seventh floors; reconfiguration at ground floor level to provide mixed retail use (Class A1 and/or Class A3); wellness facility, residential storage, plant, car and cycle parking at basement levels; and public realm works to Eaton Lane (23-47 Grosvenor Gardens and 44-52 Buckingham Palace Road). NAMELY, to amend the wording of Condition 12(i) to enable the removal and storage of historical doors during the construction phase of the development.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 April 2020 (RN 20/00004/LBC) (which varied listed building consent dated 29 April 2016 (RN: 15/10368/LBC)) for 'Substantial demolition and redevelopment behind retained front facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses. Associated alterations and extensions include subterranean basements, which will extend beneath the mews, part courtyard and the rear sections of the listed buildings; re-instatement of the party wall in the rear courtyard; re-instatement of entrance to no.108; rear lower ground floor extensions partially infilling the rear courtyard and with roof terraces above; construction of full height closet wing extensions; reconstruction of mansard roof extension; installation of mechanical plant; and internal alterations on all floor levels (Site includes nos. 107 - 108 Eaton Square and nos. 107 - 108 Eccleston Mews)'. Namely, to allow minor amendments including a reduction in size of the basement extension (omission of the basement beneath the main house of both properties), alterations to the appearance of the building including retention of parts of the rear elevation and changes to the lower ground floor courtyard fenestration, and internal changes. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the roof of the lower ground floor link to form a roof terrace, alteration to to the lower ground floor fenestration, change to the new rear outrigger fenestration detail and internal changes to the main houses.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 23 July 2020 (RN: 20/03506/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 22 January 2020 (RN: 19/09457/LBC) for 'Brick infill associated with relocated East Wing stair, replacement structure in west water tank and enclosure for escape route from the hub at lower ground floor, insertion of shallow ramps, two security bollards and resurfacing of carriageway in the entrance Vestibule. Access, circulation and other public facility improvements, including new cafe spaces, new back of house facilities, replacement plant and new services. Internal works including to conserve, repair and refurbish galleries, art conservation and learning spaces'. NAMELY, to allow A: Removal of modern construction throughout building and replacement of concrete slab in the Vestibule, B: Temporary removal and reinstatement of historic fabric and waterproofing repair works in the vestibule (upper terrace), C: Removal of historic fabric on basement, lower ground, second, third and roof floors and Anti-slip treatment to the Swedish limestone to the side aisles within the vestibule, and D: Fixings (internally) at lower ground floor level.
