Associated alterations and extensions include subterranean basements, which will extend beneath the mews, part courtyard and the rear sections of the listed buildings; re-instatement of the party wall in the rear courtyard; re-instatement of entrance to no.108; rear lower ground floor extensions partially infilling the rear courtyard and with roof terraces above; construction of full height closet wing extensions; reconstruction of mansard roof extension; installation of mechanical plant; and internal alterations on all floor levels (Site includes nos. 107 - 108 Eaton Square and nos. 107 - 108 Eccleston Mews)'. Internal alterations to flat over lower ground and ground floor level from RN 20/00394/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the construction method of the staircase to a new steel framed staircase with timber treads and risers, metal spindles and bronze finished handrail and to omit low-level staircase lights from the proposal.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 31 Janurary 2017 (RN: 16/11289/LBC) which varied listed building consent dated 27 July 2015 (RN: 15/04148) for the Construction of a full width extension at rear lower ground and half width extension at upper ground floor level ; replacement of timber steps to front lightwell with metal steps, new door to front lightwell and lowering part of the vaults floor; replacement of existing rooflight with larger frameless double-glazed rooflight and one new rooflight at main roof level; replacement of doors at rear upper ground floor with a new window; external renovation and repair works and internal alterations.
