Variation of condition 8 of listed building consent dated 12 April 2018 (RN:17/09924/LBC) for the: Use of 8 Grosvenor Square and 1a and 2 Duke's Yard as a single family dwelling with rear extensions to 8 Grosvenor Square at second to fourth floor levels; infilling of east lightwell and creation of terrace at third floor level; new plant room at roof level.
