Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 3 March 2020 (RN 19/09981/LBC) for the Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 20 February 2016 (RN: 15/10446/LBC) for the: Development of 55-59 Knightsbridge (including retention of Knightsbridge facades, demolition and the dismantling and reinstatement of roofs and chimneys) to provide retail (Class A1) at basement and ground floor levels and 18 residential flats at first, part second floor and third to fifth floor levels. Demolition of 1-2 William Street and its replacement with a redesigned building with internal linkages to 55-91 Knightsbridge.
