Use of existing buildings as two separate dwellings with associated alterations and extensions, including new rear courtyard with green living wall at lower ground and ground floor levels, creation of roof terraces at rear upper ground floor and main roof levels, alterations to terrace at first floor level, replacement rear closet wing extension at first and second floor levels, replacement of mansard roof, replacement of windows and doors on all elevations, and internal alterations (site includes 20 Eaton Mews North).

Alterations including replacement of windows to front and rear elevations, demolition of infill extension and water closet at rear ground floor level, rationalisation of pipework to rear, replacement of front entrance tiling, reinstate rear lightwell at lower ground floor level, installation of a green wall, extension of existing WC at ground floor level, skylight at first floor level, skylight at main roof level and internal alterations on all floor levels in connection with the use as a single family dwellinghouse.

Rear infill extension at lower ground floor light well, replacement of existing dormer roof, lowering floor of vaults and lower ground floor, creating new steps within the front lightwell, new rear French doors to rear courtyard at ground level, part replacement and refurbishment of windows, replacement rear roof light and new roof hatch to central valley and internal alterations, all to alter single family dwelling house (Class C3).

Use of the existing buildings to create two dwelling houses with extensions including demolition and rebuilding of the mews building and excavation to extend the existing basement, installation of air conditioning units on the roof of 1 Upper Belgrave Street and vaults of 1 and 2 Upper Belgrave Street, and associated alterations.
