Variation of Condition 1 of Listed Building Consent dated 18 Auguest 2020 (20/01721/LBC) for alterations including replacement of windows to front and rear elevations, demolition of infill extension and water closet at rear ground floor level, rationalisation of pipework to rear, replacement of front entrance tiling and internal alterations on all floor levels in connection with the use as a single family dwellinghouse.; NAMELY, to reinstatement of rear lightwell at lower ground floor level. Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 28 November 2019 (RN: 19/07732/LBC) for the installation of two air conditioning units at first floor level, alterations to the ground floor windows, erection of a single storey roof extension at first floor level to existing residential dwelling, associated structural works and alterations to windows and doors, alterations to lightwell windows, and addition of a new external porch, replacement of cornice and associated internal works, NAMELY, to allow the reduction of portico size and alterations to approved staircase and internal ground and first floor areas.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 16 April 2018 (RN: 18/01437/LBC) for the: Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 18 August 2017 (17/03792/LBC) Demolition of rear extensions and erection of a new extension at the lower ground to the fourth floor levels, excavation of a basement to the rear of the main dwelling, replacement windows, and refurbishment of the front pavement vaults, and associated internal and external alterations in connection with the use of property as a single family dwelling house. Namely, to allow the modification of roof level acoustic enclosure to house the approved air conditioning units.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 January 2021 (RN 20/07107/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 02 October 2020 (RN: 20/04526/LBC) for the 'Erection of a single storey extension at lower ground floor level and enlargement of ground floor terrace, reconstruction of mansard roof, demolition of existing conservatory, installation of plant at lower ground floor level and associated changes, in connection with the use of building as a single family dwellinghouse (Class C3)'. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to replace the glass to front ground floor windows, reinstatement of central sash window to fourth floor, replace the dado rail and wall panelling, alter the existing architraves, doors, cornices, skirtings and window surrounds, install decorative columns and new decorative ceiling.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 24 March 2020 (RN: 20/00732/LBC) for the: Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th August 2018 (RN: 18/01590/LBC) for, 'Excavation of additional basement floor and extension of existing lower ground floor. Erection of replacement rear extension at ground floor level and formation of first floor terrace, and fourth floor terrace. Erection of mansard roof to the mews building. Use of basement and lower ground floor as a granny annex and ground to fourth floors as a single family dwelling (Class C3). Internal and external alterations including new lift and lift shaft'.
