Excavation of a single storey basement beneath rear part of building and the mews building (including a replacement swimming pool), insertion of new lightwell and amendments to rooflight configuration between the main house and mews building, rear infill of mews building at first floor level, installation of plant to front vaults and within existing roof service rooms and associated internal and external alterations. Creation of two inverted dormer openings within the existing first floor mansard roof to the rear of the building, to house louvred vents.

Provision of a temporary Chamber for the House of Commons and supporting facilities and infrastructure, including substantial demolition and redevelopment of Richmond House to create a part seven storey, part six storey building with a roof terrace and three levels of basement, to provide accommodation for parliamentary uses (Sui Generis). Refurbishment and internal and external alterations to 49, 50, 53 and 54 Parliament Street and 85 Whitehall, including a new bridge link, to provide a visitor entrance, visitor shop and workspaces for MPs and supporting staff (Sui Generis). Development of part four storey Norman Shaw South internal courtyard infill building, to provide further accommodation for parliamentary uses (Sui Generis); internal and external refurbishment, including installation of new building services and rooftop louvres; secondary glazing, and interiors, creation of new openings, alterations to basement vaults, and associated works including temporary construction works; Partial reconfiguration of basement level of 1 Canon Row to accommodate a new cycle centre and goods lift connecting to the lower ground level, limited secondary glazing and brickwork repairs to internal courtyard facade and replacement of fire doors connecting to Norman Shaw South; Single storey building to St Stephen's Yard connecting to Norman Shaw South and Portcullis House to provide an extension to existing accommodation for parliamentary uses (Sui Generis). Internal and external works to Burleigh House to include i) internal refurbishment of existing floors and communal areas, ii) creation of a roof terrace and associated rooftop extensions for access, iii) improvements and alterations to the façades and ground floor entrance, iv) rationalisation of plant equipment, v) removal of two rear faux chimney stacks and vii) associated ancillary works.

Rear infill extension at lower ground floor light well, replacement of existing dormer roof, lowering floor of vaults and lower ground floor, creating new steps within the front lightwell, new rear French doors to rear courtyard at ground level, part replacement and refurbishment of windows, replacement rear roof light and new roof hatch to central valley and internal alterations, all to alter single family dwelling house (Class C3).

Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors and other associated works already approved under application RN 20/07676/LBC additional works include Namely, at roof level to retain the existing boundary wall between the site and the neighbouring property at 36 Sackville Street, to adapt the head of the secondary staircase and the relocation of the generator flu to the centre of the staircase, and to install a lead and stone cap infill where a modest gap will be created between the site and 36 Sackville Street.

Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors and other associated works already approved under application RN 20/07676/LBC additional works include retention of angled wall at roof level of Pegasus House and remodelling of roof above stair well.

Excavation of basement storey beneath main house, demolition and rebuilding of mews house at new height plus the addition of a lower ground floor storey, demolition and rebuilding of main roof plus addition of plant equipment, erection of extension for lift from basement to third floor level, demolition and replacement of interconnecting extension between main and mews house, use of roof of interconnecting extension as a roof terrace, increasing height of boundary shared with 78 Chester Square and other external alterations as well as internal alterations throughout.
