Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 12 December 2018 (RN: 18/05558/LBC) for alterations to the existing building at 152-153 Strand including demolition of rear facade and erection of ground to fourth floor rear extension, removal and replacement of existing roof, to include new windows, restoration of front facade, windows and shopfront, insertion of new internal atria, demolition of existing floorplates, stairs and building fabric and installation of new floors and partitions, and associated internal and external alterations, all in connection with the use of the building as flexible office and/or educational (Class B1 and/or Class D1) use with flexible retail and/or restaurant (Class A1 and/or Class A3) space at part basement and ground floor level namely; the removal of stone fascia on 152-153 Strand and its replacement with a timber fascia of the same design.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 26 April 2019 (RN 19/01570/LBC) for, 'Demolition of existing upper levels (6th, 7th, 8th floors and roof level) and construction of new 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and roof levels for continued use as offices on part lower ground, part ground, and upper floors. Use of part of lower ground and ground floor for dual/alternative Class A1/B1 retail/office use, and various external and internal works including new shopfronts to Jones Street and Bourdon Street and installation of external lighting to Berkeley Square'; NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to include replacement of Bourdon Street Service gate and internal layout changes at ground and lower ground floor only.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 26th June 2018 (RN 18/03054/LBC) for the Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 9 April 2018 (RN: 17/09631/LBC) which itself varied condition 1 of listed building consent dated 26 May 2017 (RN: 17/01299/LBC) for internal and external alterations associated with the reconfiguration and change of use of the property to provide four residential units at the upper floors and reconfiguration of the retail space at ground and lower ground floors; replacement satellite dish and aerial at roof level. Installation of new shop windows and awnings to shopfront (North Audley Street) and corner entrance. Associated internal and external alterations in connection within the residential use and the retail (Class A1) use at ground and lower ground floors. NAMELY revised minor modifications to the consented scheme including change to the proposed internal stair/opening, additional stud wall to form provision for existing and additional WC, replacement of fanlight with MVHR grille to external lightwell door and reduction to single condenser unit.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 5 March 2020 (RN 19/00530/LBC) for the Redevelopment of Pegasus House and Nuffield House including demolition behind a retained facade (west, south and east) of Nuffield House and replacement building comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to seventh floor and demolition and replacement of Pegasus House comprising 2 level basement, ground, mezzanine and first to fifth floors; amalgamation of the two buildings to provide new office (Class B1), retail (Class A1), restaurant (Class A3), flexible office / retail (Class B1 / A1), and residential accommodation (Class C3); and other associated works from RN 19/00530/LBC, NAMELY, to include the following changes: amend the design of the shopfronts and ground floor level entrances, rearrangement of reception spaces, alteration to lift overrun and Nuffield house roof massing and window replacement.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 3 March 2020 (RN 19/09981/LBC) for the Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 20 February 2016 (RN: 15/10446/LBC) for the: Development of 55-59 Knightsbridge (including retention of Knightsbridge facades, demolition and the dismantling and reinstatement of roofs and chimneys) to provide retail (Class A1) at basement and ground floor levels and 18 residential flats at first, part second floor and third to fifth floor levels. Demolition of 1-2 William Street and its replacement with a redesigned building with internal linkages to 55-91 Knightsbridge. Namely, to allow alterations to William Street Residential Entrances, door to Wilton Place, fenestration changes to rear facade, increased lift Shaft to rear face of William Street, merlons to west elevation, West façade end bay reconstructed, chimneys to coping stone detail in mansard, pavilion gable apex roof stones, ridge height of mansard roofs, projecting signs to shopfronts, retained parapet to no. 55 Wilton Place, general layout alterations, and associated works from RN 19/09981/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design of the external vent at no. 4 William Street and the removal of a ceiling at third floor level.
