Rear bay window extension, rear porch extension, alterations to ground floor rear windows & doors; install French doors; replace felt roof with GRP and rooflight. Replace all front and rear windows to original cottage with single-glazed timber units and secondary double glazing; install dwarf brick wall & timber posts to front porch, replace bargeboards, and alter the arched head of the internal opening between original cottage and existing extension to a square head.
