Works to terrace to incl. demolition of existing single storey rear extensions & erection of two-storey and single storey extensions to the rear; insertion of 2no. dormer windows; insertion of 2no windows to sw elevation; alteration of window to ground floor on se elevation; Internal works to incl. demolition & erection of new partition walls. Works to former boat house to facilitate conversion to residential to incl. erection of single storey rear extension & internal partitions; Extension and conversion of existing single storey outbuildings to provide office space/storage.

Exeternal works to include provision of new glazed entrance to west elevation of Connaught Hall & new single door to south elevation. Removal of C20 kitchen extension & replacement with staircase structure to external courtyard to serve kitchen. Reconfiguration of Sessions House ante room roof. Internal works to include insertion of passenger lift & WC/cloak rooms/reception to lower ground floor; new servery lift; change of use of Mayors Parlour suite to holiday let to include provision of kitchens/bathrooms & creation of opening at upper ground floor; restoration of Burges painted decoration, all to Connaught Hall; erection of partitions within former VIC to facilitate conversion to commercial let; erection of partitions to form WC & widening of 2no internal doors to Council Chamber suite. Repairs to external envelope.
