Internal and external alterations (including partial demolition and extension) for conversion of agricultural buildings to office use (Use Class E(g)) and associated works

Change of use of existing Grade II* pump house and associated buildings to licensed wedding venue (Sui-Generis), bride shop (Class E) and commercial offices; including various single story extensions (to provide additional kitchen and toilet facilities, ventilation, and glazed orangery), internal alterations to provide mezzanine floors, internal structural openings, roof insulation, under floor heating and refurbishment/repair of external windows and doors. External building illumination and provision of new car park with wayfinding lighting and associated landscaping including new vehicle entrance.
