Erection of two storey rear extension, refurbishment of the pitched roof of the rear range, installation of rooflights to rear range, installation of patio doors and first floor glass double doors with balustrade on the western elevation, installation of first floor single glass door with balustrade to eastern elevation, construction of brick chimney to accommodate flue and re-construction of existing ground floor bathroom with new timber door.
