Alterations to the chimney breast and mantlepiece in the kitchen. Alteration of existing ground floor WC and alterations to existing surface water drainage system adjacent to house.

Conversion of public house with ancillary residential accommodation on first floor to three (2-bed) dwellings, demolition of outbuildings and single storey rear extensions. Construction of single storey side and rear extensions. The reinstatement of external doorway on front elevation. Change ground floor front door into window. Removal of internal walls, installation of new internal walls and staircase.
