New timber canopy roof, insertion of fist floor window, block up existing opening, alteration to ground floor window on South elevation. Remodelled porch with new roof on South elevation. New slate roof to service West wing. New vehicular access, reposition gravel drive and new external gates. Internal alterations including the removal and insertion of partition walls and doors, removal and reposition of internal stairs and creation of bedrooms on second floor, and associated works.
