Refurbishment of south extension and main dwelling. Erection of cloister link. Demolition of cartlodge and erection of replacement cartlodge' and to the 'Discharge of Condition No. 3 (DC/21/1715/DRC): (ii) Section and elevation details of the reinstatement of the mullion window. It doesn't affect the original cottage and isn't visible from the road. No other changes to the existing consents is being requested
