Alterations to the Seahorse Studio including the installation of new stringer and handrail to existing staircase; erection of balustrades and passing gates to southern elevation.

External alterations to Bute Hall to include the replacement of high level glazing to gable rooflight above the new entrance, new curtain wall system to entrance and high level clerestory windows within corridor, external alterations to southern elevation of Bute Hall to include the installation of ventilation cowls to southern roofslope, new openable glazed rooflights to replace the existing rooflight above the ground floor corridor, abutment to existing brickwork and new roof membrane, external alterations to the western elevation of Bute Hall to include reinstatement of the window at first floor level, new window to existing door opening and re-use existing door in place of the window opening at ground floor level, alterations to the roof finishes and installation of a boiler flue; internal alterations and rearrangement in conjunction with the use of Bute Hall as a sixth form centre for Sacred Heart School; erection of a cycle parking shelter; associated internal and external alterations.

Erection of access ramps, steps and an extended landing to the front entrance of the main school building following the demolition of the existing steps, including the installation of handrails, guardrails, external lighting and reconfiguration of the forecourt, including hard and soft landscaping. Internal alterations including provision of a concealed platform lift within the existing steps of the front entrance lobby, installation of timber framed glazed screens and widened glazed doors within the side walls of the front entrance lobby and associated removal and modification of existing timber panelling, architraves, internal doors and handrails, alterations to reception rooms at upper ground floor level.

Erection of a front and rear roof extension to replace existing, involving an increase in the roof height and alterations to the pitch to match those of adjoining properties at No.s 83 and 87 Black Lion Lane, and including the installation of a rooflight within the flat roof; erection of a single storey ground floor rear extension, to the side of the existing back addition, including the installation of French doors to the rear elevation; replacement of single glazed sliding sash windows with double glazed sliding sash windows to match originals; and internal alterations to include the installation of new electrics and plumbing to replace existing throughout; at ground floor level infilling the opening between the front room and the rear room and thus returning the area to the original 2no. room layout, and rebuilding the wall between the corridor and the rear room to return this to its original layout; at second floor level infilling the existing opening into the bathroom area and create a new opening from the bedroom into the bathroom area, remodel the existing bathroom and cupboard area into a new master bathroom and wardrobe area; and at third floor level the incorporation of 2no. new bedrooms and a bathroom into the newly modelled 3rd floor, and installation of a new staircase to the third floor more in line with the existing staircase.

Erection of a single storey rear extension following the demolition of existing ground floor back addition and garden wall, including installation of 3no. rooflights on top of the flat roof, installation of double glazed Crittall-type windows and sliding door to the rear elevation; internal alterations include, repositioning of a ceiling hatch and installation of a ladder to provide access to the loft, and creation of a new bathroom at first floor level, demolition of partition walls between reception and storage room to kitchen and dining area, removal of a door opening; reinstatement of the original partition wall in connection with the creation of a study room, creation of a cloakroom under the staircase, formation of an opening to allow for kitchen door to be moved towards the centre of the entrance hallway wall segment, formation of an opening to allow for proposed cloakroom to extend slightly into the kitchen, at ground floor level.

Demolition of existing conservatory, the wall between the conservatory and kitchen and of the roof over the single storey rear extension; erection of a new single storey rear infill extension (matching the footprint of the existing conservatory), including new roof over whole of single storey rear extension; enlargement of the existing ground floor rear elevation kitchen window and installation of a white timber sash slimline double glazed window; installation of an aluminium casement window at ground floor (within the south facing wall) to serve the kitchen; replacement of the existing front elevation ground floor window (serving a W/C) with a new timber arched sash single glazed window; internal alterations including: Demolition of the internal partitions and raising of the floor level at first floor level within the existing extension; new fittings and finishes to the first floor bathroom, replacing the existing; enlargement of the existing loft hatch access; enlargement of the existing ground floor opening between the living room and conservatory; the blocking up of the existing doorway opening between the living room and the internal staircase at ground floor level; opening up of the ground floor fireplace (within the parlour room) and the installation of a new fireplace; enlargement of the existing hallway area, via the removal/alteration of existing internal wall; replacement of the existing kitchen boiler and the existing hall cupboard hot water cylinder with a single combination boiler in new, enlarged utility room; the replacement of existing (non-original) flooring and skirting with new engineered wood flooring with under floor heating; which will provide level access; new fittings and finishes to the kitchen and W/C. (amended description).

Erection of a single storey rear extension at ground floor level, following the demolition of existing rear extension, conservatory, outside WC and part of existing store; installation of a new single glazed timber window to the front elevation at ground floor level; internal alterations include conversion of existing first floor WC to a bathroom, enlargement of the opening between existing bathroom and dressing room at first floor level to create a bedroom, creation of a new bathroom at ground floor level, enlargement of the opening between the drawing room and dining room, enlargement of the opening between the dining room and conservatory; replacement of selected internal doors.

Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane.
