External alterations to include installation of two new windows to replace the existing window at first floor level to the rear elevation; installation of French doors to replace the existing windows to the rear of living room and installation of a new window opening to the rear of kitchen/dining room at ground floor level; removal of cw tank and installation of 6no solar heat panels above the roof of single storey back addition; alterations to rear garden area to form new storage and seating area; internal alterations at first floor level to include installation of a new wardrobe to front master bedroom, sub-division of the rear bedroom 2 to allow the installation of an en-suite shower room; internal alterations at ground floor level to include installation of new storage cupboards with door openings and installation of an en-suite wc and basin units to the front study/bedroom 3, new door to living room, removal of the kitchen door to form an open plan living/kitchen room, removal of the ground floor bathroom and installation of new kitchen units with new cylinder and boiler, alterations to the internal chimney areas at ground floor level; associated internal and external alterations.

Replacement of existing lantern rooflight with a new flat rooflight above the roof of the single storey side extension; demolition of the chimney stack and installation of 4no rooflights within the roof of the single storey rear extension; installation of a new window and replacement of existing window with French doors to the side elevation of the single storey rear extension; internal alterations to include demolition of chimney breast in the living room, removal of internal walls in the shower room and WC area, and replacement with new stud partition walls to form a utility area and shower room at ground floor level; associated internal alterations.
