To be replaced like for like in terms of detail and design, matching the same existing profile both inside and outside, with the same solid integrated glazing bars. New windows and doors to include individual single individual slimline sealed units, being an update to the existing individual single panes of glass, to offer better thermal insulation. Replace 4 Windows

Replacement of the two windows with custom made units to exactly the same dimensions and appearance but opening outwards and utilising slimline double glazing for thermal efficiency and security. All glazing bars to be integral to the frame and each pane to be a separate glazing unit. Replacement of the 1980s concrete tiled roof on the potting shed with a slate roof with a small conservation rooflight installed to allow natural light.
