Removal of poor condition part glazed conservatory to North facade to replace with fully glazed garden room. Removal of porch canopy & reinstatement of traditional timber porch on existing dwarf walls. Remove 1st floor partition walling to create master bedroom and new ensuite. Existing dated family bathroom to be removed & new family bathroom to be installed. 1x New dormer window in existing style to North facade and 2x new dormer to South facade to allow light in for restructured room layout.
