Alterations and extensions to farm house and modifications to detached coach house to create games room & study / gym

Replacement of part flat roof over west wing with pitched roof. Internal alterations including formation of ground floor bathroom and removal of later stair and first floor partition on south side of main staircase. Construction of lookout at second floor level over later first floor bathroom. Construction of two-storey extension on north side of house to create more accessible stair to enable Applicants to remain in occupation of property.
