New direct connection to the Anglian Water main sewer at the front of our property in Mill Road, Briston. We currently have collapsed drains beyond our boundary with no access to the sewer (directly or indirectly). We wish to employ a certified contractor to make the connection and our proposal is to connect the existing drains at the rear of the property using new trenching and pipework that will be across our gardens, under the front wall to the sewer. Additionally, cap off the old collapsed drain pipe on our side of the boundary. Further to manage the rear roof rainwater to construct a soak away to split out this from the sewer connection. We do not expect to have to impact the fabric of the building

Demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of new drawing room extension; removal of existing lean-to and construction of new boiler room; relocation of kitchen and extension of single storey room beneath existing roof; associated works including minor internal and external alterations; widening of access including replacement of boundary fence with new wall and gate post
