Proposals to 1) Repair roof and replace damaged tiles with like for like if necessary, (2) Replace all windows with matching wooden windows. Replace front door with double glazed unit. Please advice on door requirements for Listed Building, (3) Reinstate front wall to match height of other properties in The Loke. Install picket fencing until wall is built, (4) Repair crack to outhouse flint wall, & (5) Remove courtyard concrete paving and replace with natural stone paving.
