Alterations and refurbishment to Batchelor's Row including: shower accommodation; thermal upgrades; framed single glazed windows; roof structure and coverings; lighting protection; trace heating; leak detection; man-safe system of Tom Quad Stairs 5, 6 and 7. Removal and infill of the high level windows.

Internal alterations to existing kitchen layout and erection of replacement cold store, staff accommodation, storage and plant area with covered roof.

1 Brewer street- Alterations to the first floor flat to improve fire separation. Alteration of two second floor flats to improve the reciprocal means of escape including the formation of a dormer window and staircase in the south flat and alteration to the roof escape door in the north flat. 3 Brewer Street- Alterations to the second floor landing to provide a secondary means of escape from the housemasters accommodation. Introduction of a fire rated lobby at basement level. 1 & 3 Brewer Street- Works of alteration to improve fire precautions and means of escape and associated repair works, including: Replacing/upgrading fire doors, screens and partitions; external decorations; and draught proofing and repairs to existing windows including the introduction of secondary glazing. Refurbishment of three flats including replacement services and kitchen and bathroom fittings in association with fire precaution works.

Proposed internal alterations and refurbishment of the Canterbury Quad Staircases 1 & 2 including upgrading of sanitary fittings and installation of en-suite accommodation and upgrading of electrical and mechanical services. External repairs and refurbishment to elevations and roof.
