1 Brewer street- Alterations to the first floor flat to improve fire separation. Alteration of two second floor flats to improve the reciprocal means of escape including the formation of a dormer window and staircase in the south flat and alteration to the roof escape door in the north flat. 3 Brewer Street- Alterations to the second floor landing to provide a secondary means of escape from the housemasters accommodation.
