Repairs/alterations as per schedule including changes to layout and internal finishes; remove unstable chimney stack at ground and first floor and provide new masonry wall to support first floor construction; replace stairs and failed timber beam supporting first floor; rebuild single storey lean-to, two dormers and replace conservatory /entrance porch; reinstate first floor structural opening at north elevation and install new landing window; replace windows and remove 20th century chimney from south single storey outshot.

Reinstate mullion window in kitchen; removal and re-use of timbers located between kitchen and dining area; construction of porch; Addition of external door from laundry room onto paddock (north facing elevation) and replacement of windows
