Amendments to the previous consent application 21/03262/LBC. Revised fenestration to the existing house and proposed kitchen extension. Revised roof and floor plan layout and proposed change in material for the kitchen extension.

Internal alterations, altered door and window openings and new windows and doors in the south elevation, re-roofing, family room and stair hall extensions to rear of existing dwelling house, and demolition of outbuildings and associated landscaping.

To remove cement based wall render and replace with lime based render on the west facade and upper south east elevation at rear of house. To repair cracks to stone mullion windows in both west and north facades, Repairs to Ham stone elements on western facade also to provisionally include replacement of two gable apex stones and adjacent copings carved to match. To extend the "throw" of rainwater hoppers on west front to ensure water clears the facade.

Alterations to the original school house building, including infilling west facing door and removal of internal raised floor and mezzanine. Minor amendments to the approved extension under approval 19/00316/LBC, including adjustment to window composition and link window elevation. (Revised application)
