Minor internal alterations to facilitate change of use of dwellinghouse (Use class C3) to House in Large Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use class Sui Generis) and the provision of external cycle parking to the rear.

Alterations at lower ground floor level to lower the floor level and install windows and fit out vaults, refurbishment of house including installation of shower room at second floor level and rooflights.

Listed building consent for restoration, rebuilding and refurbishment of the listed terrace (nos. 4-16 St Thomas Street) including: Demolition of 1980s fabric across the rear elevation and demolition of the attached 1980s office building, reinstatement of the rear elevation of the terrace, and recladding and partial rebuilding of rear walls. (Associated planning application ref. 21/AP/1361) 30 day reconsultation on the amendments received with supporting documents, further Environmental Statement information and a statement of conformity for the proposed redevelopment of the New City Court site (planning application ref. 21/AP/1361). Changes include: reduction of 498sqm floorspace; tower southern elevation having PV panels and balconies; basement reconfiguration to facilitate the relocation of Keats House facade, improve management facilities and respond to UKPN comments; tower facade detailing for safe BMU egress and maintenance; and additional security measures e.g. bollards.

Conversion of 33 Manor Place (Former Manor Place Baths) into 10 residential units (Class C3) and 2,254 sqm (GEA) of commercial floorspace (Class B1) along with internal and external refurbishment and alterations, including introduction of a mezzanine floor within the refurbished Pool House (Re-submission of 16/AP/4517)

Listed Building Consent is being sought for alterations to the existing layout by: Lowering of the floor levels to the original part of the house (Lower Ground Floor) including associated structural works and removal of existing joinery and introduction of two new steps to the staircase to overcome the difference. Removal existing kitchen pantry (Lower Ground Floor) Enlarging existing opening between kitchen extension and modern conservatory and associated structural works including removal of the chimney breast (Lower Ground Floor) Lowering of the floor to the modern conservatory (Lower Ground Floor). Removal of partitions between WC, Bedroom and Ensuite, and any associated sanitaryware (Ground Floor)

Listed Building Consent to seek amendments to the scheme approved under LBS reg no 17/AP/3071 for alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II listed building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide 7 apartments and alterations and extension of the existing Gate Lodge. Works proposed to the main house include: reduction in the number of apartments from 7 to 6 (consolidating Units 02 and 05) and alterations to the internal layout. Works proposed to the gate house include: introduction of 2 conservation rooflights to rear extension, internal alterations and replacement of modern door with new door, sidelights and canopy.

Renovation of the external appearance of this Listed Building rectifying inappropriate works, mostly dating from the 1980s when the property (with adjacent property) was a London and Quadrant Hosing Association group home for the mentally handicapped. Additional fire doors were required for that use, but on sale and conversion to residential flats c 2001 some of the old features, such as the prominent alarm box and basement window guard were left in place. Internally the door frames from some of these additional fire doors were left in place rather than stripped out. The proposed works seek to rectify this and correct other non-compliant alterations such as the added uPVC windows, added to the rear, and reinstate as box sash timber framed windows
