Reordering of the internal accommodation including at Lower Ground Floor level filling in of the opening between the front and rear room, creation of bedroom (front room), creation of a new bathroom (rear room), reintroduction of an opening from the hall to the rear room, conversion of the under stairs cupboard to a WC and installation of a timber door to the under steps storage area.
