Listed building consent: Alteration of the existing ground floor rear extension, by extending the rear portion of the house to the retained historic wall of where the original coal shed and w/c outhouse would have been originally located. Listed building consent for restoration, rebuilding and refurbishment of the listed terrace (nos. 4-16 St Thomas Street) including: Demolition of 1980s fabric across the rear elevation and demolition of the attached 1980s office building, reinstatement of the rear elevation of the terrace, and recladding and partial rebuilding of rear walls. Listed Building Consent to seek amendments to the scheme approved under LBS reg no 17/AP/3071 for alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II listed building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide 7 apartments and alterations and extension of the existing Gate Lodge.
