Changes include: reduction of 498sqm floorspace; tower southern elevation having PV panels and balconies; basement reconfiguration to facilitate the relocation of Keats House facade, improve management facilities and respond to UKPN comments; tower facade detailing for safe BMU egress and maintenance; and additional security measures e.g. bollards.
