Amendment to approved Listed Building Consent UTT/22/2242/LB to provide pitched roof to extension, additional window to flank elevation and glazing to extension to be 14mm double glazed

Front eastern wall repair; repair bowing section by rebuilding on a like-for-like basis. Rebuild brick plinth (straighten) using existing bricks and lime mortar. Strengthen existing structural timbers within wall, re-lathe and lime render with like-for-like finish colour. Replacement of 2no. front windows on like-for-like basis. Repairs to roof; repair damaged roof tiles with like-for-like reclaimed clay tiles, addition of lead flash round dormers, chimney and roof profile joins.

Replacement of windows, installation of secondary glazing and re-tiling of roof

Demolition of extensions. Construction of single and two storey rear extensions. Creation of two internal openings on ground and first floor to connect to extension; creation of two new windows to rear facade at first floor; demolition of recently constructed garden shed.

Proposed removal of existing cement render and expanding metal lath, replacement of timber sole plate and corner post, removal softwood studs around window and installation of new green oak studs. Slicing of degrading timber to studs with new oak where required. Installation of new larch laths to exterior of wall. Render and decorate wall. Installation of new French drains to perimeter. Install new soak away crates to front and back of property.

Internal alterations including the replacement of main stairs and removal of bathroom to first floor and WC to ground floor. Elevational changes including reinstatement of front chimney and reinstatement of door to rear elevation, replacing 3no. metal framed windows to north elevation and lowering of patio.

Remove first floor lobby wall. Remodel existing bedrooms/bathroom with the addition of a new shower room and a new bathroom. Replace older single glazed windows/french door with double glazed casement windows and add secondary glazing to the newer windows.

Proposed removal/relocation of doors, addition of windows, infill opening. Replacement door. Alterations and removal of internal partitions. New partition. Replacement bathroom. New WC to first floor. New opening to form new shower room to first floor. Remove and relocate existing radiator. New garden wall to front elevation.

Raise chimneystack; reinstate two inglenook fireplaces; secondary glazing to windows; new oil tank and boiler and the provision of a car park hardstanding at the front of the house.

Proposed single storey rear extensions to either side of later back addition and alterations. Replacement Crittall type windows to front elevation
