Single storey rear extension, conversion of garage room to annex

The conversion existing single storey, vaulted height garage and outbuildings to single-story living accommodation; and a new rear 'orangerie' extension, in-filling the gap between an agricultural barn and the main house.

Internal and external alterations to include erection of single storey extension to kitchen and garage conversion, including single and two storey extensions to create additional living space, together with a covered link to main dwelling.

Internal and external alterations to include erection of single storey rear 'in-fill' extension, replacement windows to rear later extension and replace external cladding with render, changes to internal layout over three floors with installation of additional staircase and conversion of part of existing garage to create additional living space.

Internal and external alterations to include conversion of an existing garage into kitchen with reconstruction of garage roof, erection of a glazed link extension to main house. Alterations to include the replacement of existing stone slates on existing extension to natural blue slates, insertion of roof light, changes to fenestration and the blocking of an external doorway.

Internal and external alterations to erect single storey extensions to front, side and rear with first floor office/gym above part of the proposed rear extension. Internal alterations to include conversion of garage to living space and alterations to floor layouts along with removal of a stair case, changes to fenestration and the addition of a mezzanine floor to create a storage space.

Internal alterations to include changes to each floor layout, removal and relocation of first to second floor staircase, lowering of floor level in Drawing Room and opening of doorway from mezzanine to first floor. External alterations to include removal of existing boiler room, erection of a detached single storey outbuilding and bin storage unit, part conversion of existing garage to ancillary guest accommodation, insertion of roof lights and changes to fenestration to main dwelling along with replacement of roof tiles and existing central chimney
