Conversion of the existing outbuildings (Garage and Piggery) to provide guest accommodation. Works to the garage to include a single storey wrap around extension with side entrance canopy and part glazed rear gable, Juliet balcony and habitable accommodation within the roof space accessed via a new side entrance. 3x new roof lights, 2x new windows, external finish and alterations to fenestration to both outbuildings, a covered link walkway between the existing kitchen and barn and new external door to Lillibrooke Manor House.
