Temporarily remove the eight bells at the tower, refurbish the fittings, return them to the tower and rehang with new ball bearing based gudgeons. Works involve raising each individual bell out of its bit, lowering through existing trapdoors in the belfry and ringing chamber floors, removing the current temporary ceiling above the ground floor room, prior to transport to the bellfoundry. On return the process is reversed.

Changing a localised area of roof profile to eradicate a vulnerable internal roof valley and bypass elements of internal rainwater routing, and raising up (part reinstatement) of a section of exterior parapet in order to create a robust weathering detail. Both arise from ongoing routine repair and maintenance and are required to protect the building integrity for the longer term.
