Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 05 June 2020 (RN: 19/08752/LBC) for, 'Erection of rear extensions at second, third and fourth floor levels to incorporate a new lift; demolition and replacement of rear courtyard floor slab, replacement of the existing mansard roof and raising of chimney stacks; demolition and rebuild of two chimney stacks on the mews; replacement of windows; installation of air conditioning units at roof level and under pavement basement vaults; Internal alterations including; installations of Fan Coil Units and services throughout, replacement of chimneypieces; replacement floor finishes, insertion of partitions and redecoration throughout'; NAMELY, to allow the reduction in width of the consented new southern rear windows on the second, third and fourth floors; amendment to consented rear walk on roof light panes in courtyard to align glazing bars with door openings above; installation of a new concrete slab below the paving in the front lightwell; addition of wall lights either side of front light well basement entrance door; addition of security cameras on the front and rear ground floor elevations; installation of an intercom to the right of the main entrance door; new handrail and balusters to staircase between second and fourth floor; landscaping works to the rear courtyard comprising rendering; stone paving; installation of light fixtures and installation of trellis panels and various internal alterations to all floors.

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 28 May 2020 (RN: 19/07211/LBC) for the: Erection of rear dormer roof extension. Internal alterations to the lower ground floor, upper ground floor, and second floor together with the retention and restoration of the original historic features. Replacement of external rear staircase and secondary glazing to existing windows. Proposed landscaping to garden. NAMELY, to amend the approved drawing numbers to allow changes to the layout, rear stairs and associated works. Alterations to fenestration. (Linked to 20/04091/FULL)

Conversion and extension of Graylingwell Chapel to community resource (Variation of condition 2 of permission 18/02461/LBC- update of landscape design, removal of proposed access ramp, parquet floor and removal and replacement of basement retaining wall, additional 2 no. opening windows, amendment to dimensions and lettering on access ramp and extension extract louvres moved to west facade from north).

Amendment to approved scheme 19/02997/FUL and 19/02998/LBC (ground floor and lower ground floor extensions, new garden store, creation of parking provision, garden terracing installation of gas tank, works to boundary wall, internal and external alterations to the property): enlargement of lower ground floor area and insertion of escape door and window, with associated landscaping alteration, including new skylights, metal railings and new plant room under stairs.
