Listed Building Application: Erect a new dormer to left side of the building and provision of railings along the ragstone boundary wall. The builders had difficulty maintaining the gradient of 40 degrees to match the existing roof ridge, using the same reclaimed ridge tiles without adjusting the dormer wall plates at an angle of 17 degrees off the wall plate
