Proposed works to existing garden area at rear of the Public House premises used for outside customer seating to remove the existing raised decking and hand railing and ballustrading, existing open canopy structure, timber seating and existing timber shed, and to provide a new open sided timber pergola, new festoon lighting and support posts, new freestanding timber clad planter boxes, new paved patio surfaces and a new fenced bin store area.
