Repairs to roof and walling of stable building

Re-roofing of existing building, including converted stable block and mono-pitch link roof, and addition of 3no. rooflights and re-construction of chimney (converted stable block/coach house)

Replacement flat roof; pedestrian entrance gate and benches under porch. Removal of cement render and repair of timber boarding to stables gable wall. Insertion of bi-fold doors and alterations to fenestration to farmhouse to rear with glass balustrade to first floor.

Repairs to roof and walling of stable building

Re-roof the existing rear stables block and rework the rear pitch of the front garage block to allow stair access to its loft storage space. Removal of non-original chimney and timber screen walls to the stable block

Insert Bi-folding doors to the West elevation, 3 conservation style roof windows to the West elevation, 1 conservation style roof window to the South elevation and 2 on the East elevation. Remove the existing door and window to the South elevation, replace existing bedroom doors on the South elevation with a window and replace front door with a stable style opening door. Internal alterations to remove the wall between the kitchen and dining area along with partition wall adjustments to the sleeping/bathroom area.

Installation of replacement roof to link-infill, conversion of stable to habitable space with glazed windows and doors and associated internal and external alterations (Listed Building Consent).

Change of use of barns to Class E(g)(i) office use with insertion of windows/doors, new openings, insulation, re-roofing of Barns 1 and 2 and internal partitions with mezzanines to Barns 2 and 3. New car park, gates, new section of wall, bin store, cycle store, lighting, landscaping and dedicated bat loft. Demolition of modern stables building and blockwork walls within the courtyard.

Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations comprising of: erection of a car barn and alterations to utility roof; installation of cast iron railings to the perimeter wall; new perimeter wall with electrically operated sliding gates; conversion of a stable block into ancillary annexe accommodation; conversion of garden shed into a workshop, outdoor bar and log store; erection of a pavilion; permission for retention of a greenhouse (revised scheme to 22/501955/LBC).

Alterations to principal dwelling and ancillary buildings, conversion of garage to form laundry room and stables to gym and boiler house, construction of chimney to stable, replacement of modern roofing as indicated and works to improve energy efficiency of principal dwellinghouse
