Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 20th May 2021 (RN 20/08075/LBC ) for the enlargement of rear lightwells and erection of rear extensions at lower ground floor, use of garage as habitable accommodation and associated replacement of garage door with window, replacement windows in rear extension, replacement rooflights, removal of tree in front garden and associated landscaping as well as internal alterations across all levels. NAMELY, to make the existing rooflight over stairs central, new timber double glazed doors, new external door, new metal railings and new thin french aluminium doors within replacement glass structure.
