New development including demolition of existing buildings and reconstruction of buildings C and D to provide a mixed use scheme incorporating public realm, business use (Class B1a), residential dwellings (Class C3), retail space (Use Classes A1, A2, A3 as flexible permission) and retail / business space (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, B1a, B1b, B1c as a flexible permission), associated car and cycle parking, landscaping, boat moorings, pedestrian and cycle link to Quaker Garden and associated alterations and rebuilding of boundary walls, and repairs to the harbour wall.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 3 March 2020 (RN 19/09981/LBC) for the Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 20 February 2016 (RN: 15/10446/LBC) for the: Development of 55-59 Knightsbridge (including retention of Knightsbridge facades, demolition and the dismantling and reinstatement of roofs and chimneys) to provide retail (Class A1) at basement and ground floor levels and 18 residential flats at first, part second floor and third to fifth floor levels. Demolition of 1-2 William Street and its replacement with a redesigned building with internal linkages to 55-91 Knightsbridge. Namely, to allow alterations to William Street Residential Entrances, door to Wilton Place, fenestration changes to rear facade, increased lift Shaft to rear face of William Street, merlons to west elevation, West façade end bay reconstructed, chimneys to coping stone detail in mansard, pavilion gable apex roof stones, ridge height of mansard roofs, projecting signs to shopfronts, retained parapet to no. 55 Wilton Place, general layout alterations, and associated works from RN 19/09981/LBC, NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design of the external vent at no. 4 William Street and the removal of a ceiling at third floor level.

Change of use, refurbishment and extension of 153 High Street from Sui Generis (car dealership) to accommodate retail (Class A1) within an extended ground floor unit and 5 No. residential (Class C3) units (2 No. x 1 bedroom apartments, 1 No. x 2 bedroom apartment, and 2 No. x 2 bed mews cottages) accommodated within a two storey rear extension; part-demolition of 151 High Street front extension and refurbishment and change of use of 151 High Street from Sui Generis (car dealership) to 1 No. x 3 bedroom dwelling house (Class C3) including erection of one front dormer window at roof level, reinstatement of front entrance door, various re-arrangements, internal refurbishments, ancillary development and landscaping. Internal alterations to no.151 including replacement of existing internal doors with timber doors, removal of partition wall to kitchen, restoration of panelling, installation of baskets and slips to blocked up fireplaces

New development, including demolition of existing boat building premises and refurbishment of two existing buildings to provide a mixed-use scheme incorporating public realm, business use (Use Class B1a), residential dwellings (Use Class C3), retail space (Use Classes A2& A3 as flexible permission at ground floor of buildings A & E) and retail/business space (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, B1a, B1b, B1c as a flexible permission at ground floor of buildings C, D& F), associated car and cycle parking, landscaping, boat moorings, pedestrian and cycle link to Quaker Garden and associated alterations to boundary walls, and repairs to the harbour wall.
