Renovation and conversion works to Listed Building including change of use from combined retail and bistro (E(a) and E(b)) to mixed use including retail, restaurant, offices and 8no. market flats (uses E(a), E(b), E(c) and C3). Works include renovation and repair to building envelope, removal of internal partitions, fixtures and fittings, layout alterations, partial demolition works to rear of no. 8, provision of new entrances and glazing to rear and rooftop extension at second floor.

Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 26 June 2016 (15/09739/LBC) for Refurbishment and replacement of facades and erection of 2 additional floors and plant enclosure to both Millbank Tower and 1 additional floor to the Y buildings; excavation of basement levels; demolition of rear car park in association with re-landscaping and reconfiguration of wider site; all in association with the use of the Tower as 207 private residential flats (Class C3) and Skybar (ancillary to adjacent Class C1), the south podium and part of tower as an arts/ cultural facility (Class D1) and the north podium and Y buildings as a 150 bedroom hotel (Class C1) with restaurant, bar and cafe at ground floor level. Use of roof of podium building as a terrace with associated alterations, NAMELY to allow changes to list of approved plans for internal and external amendments to accommodate an increase in number of hotel bedrooms from 150 to 232, complete demolition and rebuilding of the prow to allow for reconfiguation of arts/cultural facility, amendments to the residential mix/layouts in the Tower, re-configuration of basement car parking, adjustments to landscaping and associated alterations.

Alteration and conversion of retail shop (Class E(a)) with ancillary offices and store to 2 x E(a) retail units to the ground floor and 1 x 1 bedroom and 4 x 2 bedroom residential flats above. Demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of ancillary refuse and cycle store.

Proposed partial demolition of outbuildings, conversion of existing buildings into 6 no. apartments - 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments, 1 no. 2 bed apartment & 1 no. 3 bed apartment, single storey side extension, fenestration alterations, replacement of existing patio slabs with stone pavers, retaining wall with railings and access ramp to lower car park level at rear (Listed Building Consent).

Listed Building application for internal and external alterations associated with the conversion of existing public house to form 3 No. flats, demolition of existing outbuilding, erection of 3 No. dwellings to the rear and all other associated works.

Application for listed building consent for part demolition and internal and external alterations and refurbishment including alterations to fenestration to facilitate the change of use from Residential Institution (use class C2) to 12No. 1 Bed flats and 15No. 2 Bed flats and the erection 12No 2bed dwellings (use class C3) with associated parking and landscaping.

Variation of condition 2 (plans) attached to 22/07396/LBCS19 (Listed Building application for demolition of former coach house block and erection of new two storey building providing 1 x 1-bed, 10 x 2-bed & 2 x 3-bed self-contained flats. Conversion of former Conference Centre buildings including extensions & alterations to provide 54 x 1,2 & 3-bed flats with reception area/offices/storage to ground & first floor of Central Block (67 dwellings in total). Highway works to Four Ashes Road, to include provision of a footpath beside Four Ashes Road between the site and Cryers Hill, alterations to site access, amendment to parking layout within site, boundary treatment, landscaping & associated ancillary works) to ensure it reflects the minor material amendments submitted under Section 73 application 22/07879/VCDN

Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.

Alterations and extensions, including demolition and reconstruction of rear extensions, excavation of basement floor, removal of tree, alterations to front boundary wall, installation of mechanical plant, erection of cupola at roof level, use of part of garden to rear of No.8 Ordnance Hill, and internal works to all floor levels in connection with the use of the building as five residential apartments.
