Proposed partial demolition of outbuildings, conversion of existing buildings into 6 no. apartments - 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments, 1 no. 2 bed apartment & 1 no. 3 bed apartment, single storey side extension, fenestration alterations, replacement of existing patio slabs with stone pavers, retaining wall with railings and access ramp to lower car park level at rear (Listed Building Consent).

Application for listed building consent for part demolition and internal and external alterations and refurbishment including alterations to fenestration to facilitate the change of use from Residential Institution (use class C2) to 12No. 1 Bed flats and 15No. 2 Bed flats and the erection 12No 2bed dwellings (use class C3) with associated parking and landscaping.

Single storey rear infill extension, alterations to fenestration to the rear with replacement window in existing dormer window. Existing roofs made good, reforming of C16 roof and demolition of rear outbuildings. New internal walls erected to allow for the creation of a ground floor corridor and one 1 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor, with the installation of a WC to the retail units and kitchen and bathroom to the residential accommodation. Internal walls added to create shower rooms and installation of kitchens to create two 2 bedroom first and second floor apartments.

Application for listed building consent for works to first, second and third floor to form 2 no. residential flats including the partial demolition of the existing rear projection, alterations to the windows to the rear elevation and internal works including alterations to the internal layout.

DEMOLITION OF EXISTING LINKED EXTENSION AND THE ERECTION OF A SINGLE STOREY SIDE AND REAR EXTENSION TOGETHER WITH A COLONNADE AND ORANGERY TO SIDE ELEVATIONS. CONVERSION OF THE FIRST FLOOR TO FORM 4 NO. SERVICED APARTMENTS. ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING BUILDING TO INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF NEW AND REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING WORKS.

Extension, external and internal alterations to rear portions of building to facilitate change of use to three self-contained flats, with retention of ground floor retail/commercial unit. External alterations including demolition of existing flat roof building to north and flat roof extension to south, erection of a single storey extension to north elevation including first floor terrace and external stair, erection of four dormers to south, alteration to roof of building to east and installation of new/replacement windows and doors. Internal alterations including removal of existing walls and stairs and installation of new stud walls, staircases and doors. (Listed Building Consent).

Listed Building Consent relevant to the change of use of lower ground floor of the post office and former old Sorting office accommodation to form 4no. dwellings and 1no. apartment. Works to include: demolition of modern extension to the rear; erection of a replacement extension to the rear; removal of extract flue to rear elevation; alterations to external window/door openings on to the existing rear private courtyard from the Lower Ground floor to form entrances to the proposed residential units; the removal and addition of numerous internal walls to form the layouts of the residential units as per the submitted plans; and the addition of a new floor within proposed Houses 1 and 2.
