Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 05 September 2018 (RN: 18/05918/LBC) for the installation of an external A/C unit within an acoustic surround at roof level, installation of lift at all level, installation of replacement conservatory at rear ground floor level, and internal alterations. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the design from sliding doors to bi-fold doors and alter glazing sections of the rear conservatory, increase width of the rear galvanised platform and change metal cladding to sides of conservatory to white render.
