External and internal alterations to 5 Snow Hill together with demolition and new build associated with the change of use of a police station to a hotel with ancillary uses including: (i) refurbishment of facade to Snow Hill and the retained facade to Cock Lane; (ii) partial demolition, rebuilding and extension to provide a building ranging from 6 to 8 storeys, plus new plant at roof level; (iii) extension of existing sub-basement; and other ancillary works. Listed Building Consent for amendment to listed building consent CH/2016/1186/HB (Side link extension to barn incorporating conversion to ancillary habitable accommodation, removal of side boiler room chimney, internal alterations, fenestration alterations) comprising internal revisions to layouts in cottage, linking extension and barn conversion, conversion now proposed of old Boiler room for a bathroom accessed from the Living room, roof repairs to the cottage and an external fenced enclosure to the possible installation of an Air Source Heat Pump

Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 14 April 2020 (RN 20/00004/LBC) (which varied listed building consent dated 29 April 2016 (RN: 15/10368/LBC)) for 'Substantial demolition and redevelopment behind retained front facades as well as the demolition and reconstruction of mews properties to create two single family dwelling houses. Associated alterations and extensions include subterranean basements, which will extend beneath the mews, part courtyard and the rear sections of the listed buildings; re-instatement of the party wall in the rear courtyard; re-instatement of entrance to no.108; rear lower ground floor extensions partially infilling the rear courtyard and with roof terraces above; construction of full height closet wing extensions; reconstruction of mansard roof extension; installation of mechanical plant; and internal alterations on all floor levels (Site includes nos. 107 - 108 Eaton Square and nos. 107 - 108 Eccleston Mews)'. Namely, to allow minor amendments including a reduction in size of the basement extension (omission of the basement beneath the main house of both properties), alterations to the appearance of the building including retention of parts of the rear elevation and changes to the lower ground floor courtyard fenestration, and internal changes. NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers to amend the roof of the lower ground floor link to form a roof terrace, alteration to to the lower ground floor fenestration, change to the new rear outrigger fenestration detail and internal changes to the main houses.
