Demolition of rear conservatory, lean-to kitchen, and section of boundary wall. Erection of 1.8m high timber fencing to replace the removed section of boundary wall. Removal of one rear ground floor window to form new doorway and removal and blocking up of one single casement window to the rear. Construction of contemporary single storey rear extension. Making good of brickwork and repointing to rear.

Demolition of existing rear two-storey extension and conservatory and replacement with new part-two storey, part-single storey rear extension, internal alterations and renovation, new front ground-floor windows, new front door within existing opening, new rear patio and fence to west boundary.
